Privacy notice · effective August 28, 2026
The property record serves its authorized people. It is not an advertising profile.
This launch notice explains the information Property Seer needs to operate, why it is used, and the boundaries that guide future integrations.
Information we handle
We may process account email addresses, display names, property addresses, role assignments, owner-entered property facts, documents, systems, equipment, warranties, maintenance records, work-order evidence, security events, and billing records.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce property access, maintain the property passport, provide requested intelligence, coordinate authorized work, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers and integrations
Cloudflare hosts application infrastructure. Payment, identity, property-data, MLS, recorder, permit, insurance, communications, and AI providers will receive only the information required for an enabled feature. New integrations will be documented and consent-gated where appropriate.
We do not sell private property records
Property Seer does not sell private property documents, occupant information, credentials, or the contents of an owner's operational record for behavioral advertising.
Retention and control
Records are retained while an account or legal obligation requires them. Export, correction, access revocation, and deletion workflows will respect audit, fraud-prevention, billing, and public-record obligations. Contact human@propertyseer.com for a privacy request during the launch period.
