Launch terms · effective August 28, 2026
Property Seer organizes evidence and operations. It does not replace legal authority or professional judgment.
These launch terms establish the product's essential boundaries while formal business and jurisdiction-specific documents are prepared for general availability.
Authorized use
You may use Property Seer only for properties and records you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit and for protecting access to your email account and devices.
No transfer of title
A Property Seer passport, registry anchor, role assignment, or account record does not transfer real-property ownership. The applicable government-recorded instrument remains authoritative.
No autonomous commitments
Suggestions, alerts, extracted facts, budgets, and payment proposals are decision support. They do not authorize repairs, contracts, insurance actions, legal filings, hiring, payments, or transfers without the required human approval.
Third-party information
Public records, MLS data, vendor records, manufacturer data, and other integrations may be delayed, incomplete, licensed, or jurisdiction dependent. Source and verification state must be considered before acting.
Launch availability
Features may change during launch, but Property Seer will not use that process to silently weaken access controls or financial approval requirements. Paid plan details will be disclosed before a charge.
